Clubs are required to submit match sheets for every game played within the season. These documents are:
1. Weekly Match Sheets – form to be submitted After every league game by each team
- 2. Clubs with Midlands teams – clubs that have teams in the Midlands, MUST now send Sally Davidson-Jones the Midlands match sheet after every game also.
These documents can be down-loaded from the Document Links menu.
Forms need to be returned to Sally Davidson-Jones by the Wednesday latest following the Saturday match day by post or email. Any games that are played not on a Saturday must have the match sheets sent in within 4 days of the match being played.
The league has a preference for the documents to be returned by email, as this reduces the extensive work Sally has to complete before the commencement of the season. For those with access to Excel and Word, it should also reduce the time to complete the various documents.
